Practice
For more than a decade I have worked as executive and negotiator in leading technology companies. I negotiated contract terms and conditions in the power generation and chemical industries in various countries in Europe, Asia and North America. For a number of years I was based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Research
My work is grounded on the rigorous empirical research of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management´s Dispute Resolution Research Center (USA). I was a visiting scholar for a year and earned the "Negotiation Research and Teaching Certificate". I have honed my teaching skills at the "Program on Negotiation" at Harvard Law School and regularly teach at universities worldwide.
Education In addition to receiving legal training in Germany I have earned an MBA from IESE Business School (Spain), a Ph.D. in Management from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and have been trained as mediator at the FernUniversität Hagen and the CCR Chicago.
